You promised me the Moon, the Sun and the rest of the stars.

You broke that promise and many more.

You are a damn fucking lier.

I won't forget it and I won't forgive you.

 

You once said you couldn't live without me…

but then you went overseas without hesitation.

Now you have your doctorate degree.

Good for you.

I believed in us, I trusted in you, I had faith in us.

I did have faith that our relationship was as strong as an oak.

I did trust when you said you could never hurt me.

I did believe we would conquer the world together.

 

I just want you to know that I don't hate you,

I just can't stand you.

I just really hope you find your perfect

'woman'

The one you once described me in your bed.

 

Yes, I want you to look bad in my poem,

I'm the writer, actually.

You hurt me as deep as the Challenger Abyss.

I refilled the 7 seas with my tears.

 

I reiterate and repeat,

I won't forget it and I won't forgive you.

But I wish you "and they lived happily ever after."

With the boring wife you told me about.

 

Bye. Goodbye.

Don't knock at the door 'cos I won't answer.

I don't live there anymore,

I moved to another ZIP code.

Don't even bother asking for my new address'

I Cried, Again

I’ve cried for a second time,

I was thinking of you, again.

Every little thing I see

Reminds me of you,

You are everywhere to me.

Here I am in my bed

Alone in my room

Trying to reset my brain,

Must get you out of my system.

I guess you and I were never meant to be.

The tears I shed

Weren’t’ your fault.

Must blame it on my heart.

My stupid and dreamer heart.

Likes to dream big and large,

The limit is the sky.

For a moment

Not only thought, but

I felt it could be real as well.

I hope

That tomorrow morning

All of this will be locked

In the past

Forever.
